Fidrak LLC ("Fidrak", "we", "us") builds and operates software applications. This policy explains how we handle personal data across this website and our applications.

Individual applications may collect different data. Where an application collects data beyond what is described here, it has its own privacy policy, linked from that application's page and from within the application itself. That application-specific policy governs where the two differ.

Our principle

We collect the minimum data an application requires to function. We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The areas we work in — habits, attention, travel — generate exactly the kind of data that is most tempting to monetise. We do not.

This website

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking. We may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics to understand how the site is used. If you email us, we retain that correspondence so we can respond and follow up.

Our applications

Each application discloses, in its own privacy policy and in its App Store privacy label, exactly what data it collects, why, and with whom it is shared.

Third parties

Where an application relies on a third-party service (for example, hosting, crash reporting, or payment processing), we require that provider to protect your data to a standard equivalent to our own, and we name the provider in that application's privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for. Where an application supports user accounts, you can delete your account and its associated personal data from within the application. You may also email support@fidrak.com with the subject line "Data request" to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We respond to all such requests regardless of where you live.

Withdrawing consent

Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us, or by deleting your account where the application provides that option.

Children

Our applications are not directed at children under 13 unless explicitly stated in that application's own policy and App Store listing.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
